Returns on Accessory Cases:

We accept returns on accessory cases within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your accessory case must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene and health reasons, we do not accept returns on towels and water bottles. Please make sure to carefully review product descriptions before making your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team at treblsportsgear@gmail.com to initiate the return process.
  2. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
  3. Once approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please use a trackable shipping service and consider purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Process:

Upon receiving the returned accessory case and inspecting its condition, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
